Pomegranate Blanc de Blancs Champagne
2 cl of vodka
1 cl of Grand Marnier
4 cl fresh pomegranate juice
8 cl of Champagne Blanc de Blancs Bernard REMY
Blanc de Blancs and Lime
Ingredients
- Champagne Blanc de Blancs Bernard REMY
- White rum
- Cane sugar
- Lime
- Fresh mint
Method
- One teaspoon of cane sugar
- A few mint leaves
- 3 slices of lime
- Top with well chilled Champagne
Grand Cru and Anjou Soup
Ingredients for 4 glasses
- Champagne Grand Cru Bernard REMY
- 20 cl of Cointreau
- 10 cl of fresh lemon juice
- 10 cl of fresh orange juice
- 20 g of cane sugar
- Mint leaves
Method
- Mix the Cointreau, lemon juice
- orange juice and sugar
- Strain and leave in a cool place
- for a few hours
- Serve in a glass and cover
- gently with extremely chilled

- Place one or two mint leaves
Millésime 2013 - Kir Royal
Ingredients
- Champagne Millésime 2016 Bernard REMY
- 2 cl of blackcurrant or raspberry liqueur
- Some soft fruit
Method
- Pour a little liqueur into the glass
- Add the well chilled champagne
- Add a little soft fruit
Orange and Carte Blanche
Ingredients
- Champagne Carte Blanche Bernard REMY
- Fresh oranges
- Cointreau
- Cane sugar
Quantities
- One teaspoon of Cointreau
- One teaspoon of sugar
- 4 cl of strained fresh orange juice
- 9 cl of well chilled champagne
Prestige Bellini
Ingredients
- Champagne Prestige Bernard REMY
- 2 white peaches
- Peach cream liqueur
Method
- Chill the glasses
- Peel and blend the peach
- Place the pulp at the bottom of the glass
- Add 1 cl of peach cream liqueur
- Carefully pour the well chilled Champagne.
Rosé with Grapefruit
Ingredients for 2 Champagne Cocktails
- 1 bottle of Champagne
- Rosé Bernard REMY
- 1 grapefruit
- Preserved zests of grapefruit
- Angostura
Method for 2 glasses
- Cut the grapefruit in half
- Set aside 4 quarters and press the rest
- Add 2 soup spoons of Angostura
- Add the strained grapefruit juice
- Pour on the well chilled champagne
- Add 2 grapefruit zests
Champagne soup with Blanc de Noirs
Ingredients for 1 litre
- Champagne Blanc de Noirs Bernard REMY (75cl)
- 15 cl of Cointreau
- 15 cl of lemon juice
- 1 Lemon
- 15 g of sugar
Method
- Blend all the ingredients
- Put in bottle in a cool place
- for 24 h with a tight stopper
- Cut the lemon into thin slices
- Place in a very cold bowl
- with the lemons
- Serve with a small ladle
